Refund policy

At Richlook, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Refund:
- Issue must be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us or the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by RICHLOOK quality team.
- Items such as innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
- Any products marked as "Final/Clearance Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Initiate a Refund:
1. Contact Us: Email us at care@richlookindia.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9289660081 with your order details and reason for return.


2. Return the Product: 

  • The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 1-2 business days from the date of request.
  • In case the reverse pick up is not available, please send the product/s through courier on the following address after talking to the customer care representative.

3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.


4. Refund Process: Upon approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will only be processed for items returned within the 7-day window and in accordance with our policy.
  • We highly recommend that you make a short video while unpacking/packing your order. This will help both of us to verify any claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, ensuring we can resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
