⏱ Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns: Within 24 - 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Within 7 days of delivery (subject to size/stock availability).

📦 Product Condition

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • Products picked up through reverse logistics must pass our quality inspection.

♻ Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Only one exchange per product is permitted.

🎥 Video Proof

  • A clear unboxing video is strongly recommended for claims related to missing, damaged, or defective products.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

    • Clearance sale items, BOGO offers, brand collaborations, free-product promotions, and exclusive discount items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, boxers are non-returnable.

📦 Reverse Pickup Service

  • First reverse pickup is FREE; subsequent pickups will be charged as per standard courier rates.

💳 Refunds

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund to original payment method (7-10 business days after QC) or instant store credit/Coupons after QC.

COD Orders:

  • Refund after QC, upon sharing bank details.

❌ Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified (contact details, address, product, size) only before dispatch. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

⚠️ Defective/Damaged Parcels

  • Report within 24 - 48 hours with photos or unboxing video.
  • If parcel is torn/damaged/empty, do not accept it.
  • Wrong/missing items must be reported within 48 hours.

📜 Terms & Conditions

  • Ensure bank details are correct for refunds.
  • Check size guide before purchase.
  • Product color may vary due to screen settings.
  • Third-party payment issues (cashback, payment delay) must be raised with the provider.
  • Refund coupons valid for 12 months, single-use only.
