Our customer service executive will constantly coordinate with the user over the phone since the very beginning of Exchange request being officially registered with us and navigate the user in every possible way with relevant information and enlightening guidance through the entire course of rendering the request for the successful completion of the process.

Users can get the Exchange request registered with us by writing a mail or even by dialling the number of Customer service executive from anywhere in the country. They need not visit anywhere or meet anyone in person to initiate the process. We are pledged to demonstrate sincerity blended with agility to the highest degree while processing the request in order to complete it in the least possible time.

We offer our customer a simple though well-integrated Exchange policy to fast track the entire cycle of the procedural formalities with an objective to save time and efforts of the user much to their benefits.
Some points to remember:
- You can call us on +91-7496962808 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the date of delivery. We strictly maintain the timeline of 15 days counting from the day of receipt of the goods. Any request for an exchange or cancellation of an order will stand void and unaccounted for after the stipulated timeline.
- Please ensure that the merchandise intended to be exchanged for should stand unaltered as it was at the time of the purchase. It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- We request you to preserve the original packaging of the items to be exchanged, including the Richlook tags.
- Please ensure that all exchanged items are carefully packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 15 business days from the date of request.
- It takes 5-7 business days for these items to reach our warehouse after being picked up from the customer.
- In case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- Customers can also opt for a Gift Card instead of an exchange. The Gift Card will be issued to the customer's registered email id and will have the same monetary value as that paid by the customer for the product(s) returned.
- Masks and PPE items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are hygiene products. Exchange can be done only when the wrong product has been delivered to the customer.
Note: – Some of the pin codes which are not serviceable are not covered within the periphery of Return & Exchange Policy as stated by the website authority. Customers staying in those areas will have to send it back to us at their own expense following the guidelines pertaining to the address where the merchandise is scheduled to be parcelled to as intimated from time to time by the authority concerned. Kindly also note we do not offer reverse pick up facility outside India.
In case the reverse pick up is not available, please send the product/s through courier on the following address after talking to the customer care representative.
