Terms & Conditions: Udyog Vihar Free Gift Offer

This offer is being run exclusively by Richlook India at its Udyog Vihar Store and is valid for a limited period only. By participating, customers agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   
   

• To avail the offer, the customer must:
  a. Comment “Richlook” and tag any two friends on the official Instagram reel posted by @richlooklive.
  b. Show the comment in person at the Udyog Vihar Store before billing.
  
  

2. Purchase Requirement:
   
   

• A minimum purchase of ₹3,999 (single bill) is required to be eligible for the gift.
  
  

• The bill amount must be after any discounts or offers are applied.
  
  

3. Redemption Conditions:
   
   

• The offer is valid only once per customer and cannot be clubbed with other promotional offers.
  
  

• The Instagram account used to comment must be a genuine, public profile. Comments from fake or giveaway-only accounts will not be considered.
  
  

• The comment must be visible at the time of billing; screenshots will not be accepted.
  
  

4. Gift Details:
   
   

• The free gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  

• The nature of the gift is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of Richlook India.
  
  

5. Offer Duration:
   
   

• Valid from 6th June 2025 to 30th June 2025 or until stock lasts.
  
  

• Richlook reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
  
  

6. Dispute Resolution:
   
   

• In case of any dispute, the decision of Richlook India shall be final and binding.
