Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Important Note:

    • If the parcel appears torn, damaged, tampered with, or empty, please do not accept delivery (For COD orders).

Such issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or an unboxing video.

Exchanges

We offer a 7-day hassle-free FREE exchange policy for all prepaid orders, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange per product is permitted.

  • Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.

📦 Product Condition

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Products collected through reverse pickup must pass our quality inspection.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

This helps us quickly process claims related to:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Wrong product deliveries

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance Sale products

  • BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers

  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free and similar promotional offers

  • Products purchased with special promotional discounts

  • Brand collaboration collections

  • Free products received with orders

Promotional Orders

Orders placed under BOGO, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, or similar promotional campaigns are eligible for one-time exchange only and are not eligible for return or refund.

📦 Reverse Pickup Service

Free Reverse Pickup

  • First reverse pickup request is completely FREE.

  • Any additional pickup requests may attract courier charges.

💳 Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed after successful quality inspection.

Customers can choose:

  • Refund to the original payment method (typically 7-10 business days), or

  • Store Credit/Coupon (processed faster after QC approval)

COD Orders

Refunds will be processed after quality approval and credited to:

  • Customer's bank account (upon sharing bank details), or

  • Store Wallet/Credit, where applicable.

Self-Shipped Returns

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the returned product passes quality inspection.

❌ Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

For assistance regarding:

  • Cancellation

  • Address change

  • Product or size modification

⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

Please report within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing or incorrect item claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

📜 Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds will only be processed to verified payment details.

  • Customers are advised to check the size guide before placing an order.

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography.

  • Any cashback, payment gateway, or third-party payment issues must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.

  • Store credit/coupons issued against returns are valid for 12 months and can be used once unless otherwise specified.
